大别山土猪肉加工及养殖项目

安徽省六安市位于安徽西部，大别山北麓，俗称“皖西”，是大别山区域中心城市，辖区内金寨、霍山、舒城均位于大别山区。现在山里人仍保留老的生猪养殖习惯，边远山区部分家庭采用正宗本地优质土猪种，不使用人工饲料，不用肥猪粉催肥、瘦肉精增加瘦肉，也不用什么添加剂、化工浓缩饲料，而是用自家米糠、地瓜叶、青菜喂养土猪，这样养出的土猪肉质嫩滑、有胶质感，吃起来鲜，有自然香味、甜味纯正，是名副其实的绿色健康无公害肉食品。

土猪在六安本地俗名“土笨猪”，一般为黑毛猪，体肥，出栏重约125公斤以上，饲养周期约一年。当前，大别山土猪主要分布在六安的金寨、霍山、舒城等山区，基本上农村每户饲养1~2头，个别户饲养3头，过春节时，自家留一头自食，余下销售。经走访调查，大别山区每年土猪存栏量约在十万头。

市场前景广阔。在当今人人关注肉食品安全、绿色、健康消费的时期，做为无公害绿色食品，在广大城市高端消费群占有一定优势。可借用公司品牌化运作，走高端市场专卖销售，产品附加值较一般品质将提升30%。

① 采取“公司＋农户”合作养殖的经营模式，在大别山区的金寨、霍山、舒城一些环境优美、空气清新、无工业污染的山区农村野外放养或圈养；并且采用传统的喂养方式，用番薯苗、野菜、玉米、米糠等土饲料喂养；饲养过程可在公司的管理和监督之下，以保证产品的健康安全，全过程绿色无公害。
② 对土猪实行定点屠宰，直营分销，创立土猪品牌。或以品牌优势，代理区域产品经销权。

1. Background of the project
The City of Lu''an, nicknamed "Wanxi (West Anhui)", is located at the northern foot of Dabie Mountain. It is now the central city of the Dabie Mountain area. The popedoms including Jinzhai County, Huoshan County, Shucheng County are located at Dabie Mountain area. A part of the inhabitants have the tradition of feeding the local pig varieties. The feedstuffs used are rice bran, leaves of pachyrhizus and vegetables, not the artificial feeds. The feedstuffs do not contain fattening power, clenobuterol hydrochloride or chemical additives. The features of the meat quality: soft meat texture, pectin feeling, delicious tastes and natural fragrance. The meats of the Dabie mountain local pig varieties are the green, sanative and nuisanceless food in deed!
2. Resources of the project
The Dabie Mountain local pigs, usually black fur and fat body, are commonly called “clumsy pigs”. Market weight is about 125 kilogram, Breeding period is approximately one year. The pigs are mainly distributed in the mountain areas of Jinzhai County, Huoshan County and Shucheng County. One or two pigs, few three pigs are reared by every household. One pig is usually slaughtered by one household for their self spring festival. The other pigs are sold to markets. The annual amounts of living pigs are about 30 thousand according to our investigations.
3. Analysis on market
We believe the wide market prospect of the project. As the safety, sanitation and green meat food are paid more attention to, the nuisanceless meat has a strong attraction for high end consumers. Added value of the products will bump up 30% by branding operation and monopolization in the high end market.
4. Contents of the project
The "Corporation & Farmer" pattern of breeding and business will be adopted by the project. Breeding address: Mountain areas of Jinzhai County, Huoshan County and Shucheng County where Surroundings are excellent with fresh air and no pollution from industries. Breeding Mode: Captive or grazing Management. Feedstuff:: Seedling of sweet potato, wild vegetable , corn, rice bran, and so on. Mode of slaughtering: Butchering at fixed-point. Mode of marketing: direct sale, distributional sale or regional agency.

猪骨是白条肉分割加工产生的副产品，本厂分割加工达到设计能力时，每年约产猪骨5000吨，加上当地收购可达1万吨以上。

Pig’s bone is the by-products in carcass meat processing. Our enterprise will produce nearly annual 5000 tons when the food industrial park project is finished, and more than 5000 tons pig’s bone can be purchased from local place per year.
