Anhui Axles Factory was built in 1970. It is a middle-sized professional joint stock company. It occupied 10 hectares of area, and has more than 300 sets machines and lines, including spray and dry line, assemble line, robot welder line and mechanical process line with leading technical. There is more than 800 staff in the factory; among them there are about 120 technicians and professional administrators. The fixed asset of the factory is over RMB¥60 million. The factory is a high technical company with the license of ISO90001 in 2000 proved by provincial technical center. It holds abilities of R&D and batch produce for axles of light and heavy trailer.

The annual output will be 100 thousand pieces of vehicle trailer axle and 500 thousand sets of brake.

After the project comes into use, it can bring such benefits as new added annual sales income RMB¥395 million and profit RMB¥44.38 million. The payback period is about 4.6 years.
