It has the following businesses: the production and issuing of movie and TV series, exhibition, performance planning services, public relations, designing, producing, issuing and being the agent for all kinds of advertisement businesses in China.

It now has 5 office buildings, with a land area of 14.8 thousand square meters, construction area of 18504.16 square meters. It is planned according to the project target and construction plan, including restaurant area, high-level business hotels, pub area, large-scaled KTV chain store and web center. Around the walking square, there will be open market that sells specialized food as well as fashionable objects, which will serve as a embellishment.

| Analysis on Social and Economic Benefits: |
At the moment, there are about 13 thousand square meters’s construction area, it will use another 3 thousand square meters, so it will have a total area of 16 thousand square meters. The first floor will be 4,500 square meters, second to fifth floor will be 11.5 thousand square meters:
(1) express hotel: it altogether has 4,000 square mters, with 100 guest rooms, at the unit price of RMB200 Yuan per day, with an occupancy rate of over 90%, the overall business income for one year will be RMB6.57 million, with a gross income of RMB3.6 million if calculated according to a profit rate of 55%.
(2) There are around 700 square meters’ shop front facing Jinzhai Road,if calculating according to the rental fee of nearby shop fronts per month at the moment, it will be RMB 180 Yuan per month per square meter, the annual income will be RMB1.5 million Yuan.
(3)The first floors inside the square as well as nearby the square, calculating according to RMB 55 Yuan per square meter per month, with an area of 3,800 square meters, the annual income will be RMB 2.5 million, the rental fee for second floor to the fifth floor is RMB 20 yuan per square meter per month, therefore, with an area of 7500 square meters, the annual income will be RMB1.8 million. Altogher, the annual income is around RMB4.3 million.
It is estimated that the profit rate for the whole projet is no less than 15%, the payback period will be five years.

The total investment for this project is approximately USD6.76 million (approximately RMB50 million). Among which, the money used on the overall transformation and construction of the previous office area will be around RMB20 million Yuan, the construction of the two three-floored auxillary buildings will cost around RMB15 million, express hotel investment RMB10 million, the operation and sales expenses of the company, around RMB5 million. Among which, 20% will be self-financed and 80% will be planned investment.
