Bozhou Gujing Thermoelectric Co. Ltd. is an thermoelectric enterprise merged by AnHui Gujing Co. Ltd. in December 2004 by asset acquisition and was founded formally by registering to Bozhou administrative bureaus of industry and commerce on May 26, 2005.The registered address is Zhan Qian Road, Qiao Cheng District in Bozhou City, next to the government affair area and the main living area. The company occupied an area of about 12.33 hectares and its main business scope includes: production and sale of electric and heat products and the installation and maintaining of heat supply equipments. Its production scale includes 4 boilers & 3 Turbo generator units, equipped with 4 65T/Hsub- high pressure chain boilers （NG-65/5.3-M Type） produced by Hang Zhou Boiler Plant, 2 12MW power extraction condensing steam turbo generator units( C12-4.9/0.981-3 Type ) produced by Nanjing Turbine Motor Plant, and 1 turbo generator unit imported from Austria ( M70EK20-10BAR Type), with a total installed capacity of 36MW.

| Project Content and Scale： |
This project is to set up a 3×75t/h circulation fluidized bed high temperature high-pressure boiler plus a 2 × CB15-2.65/0.981 back pressure extraction turbine in the new factory site. Its 2.65MPa steam is just for the use of high-pressure heater water supply. The project this term will be completed in two steps: firstly, before January, 2009 transporting 2 X 75 t/h boiler plus 1 X CB12 unit; secondly, putting all of them into operation before July, 2009.

| Analysis on Social and Economic Benefits： |
After the completion of the project, annual sales can reach RMB¥139.04 million, annual profit RMB¥32.21 million, investment margin rate 8.69% and the net profit rate of capital 22.79%. Investment recovery period of this project is 8.47 years. According to the calculation, 15,389t/a original coal can be saved for heat supply use, 58014t/a for power supply use, so that annual savings on coal can reach 45,515 t / a; At the same time, annual emissions of sulfur dioxide can reduce by 706 t / a, dust emissions 1464t / a, and economic and social benefits will become remarkable.

The static investment of this project is RMB¥189 million (about US$25.2 million) and total dynamic investment is RMB¥203.2 million Yuan (about US$27.09 million)

| Market Forecast Analysis： |
This project exploits fully the advantage of back pressure chamber without the loss of cold source and high-parameter in energy-saving, making the coal consumption rate reduce from 0.5kg/℃ or so to about 0.192kg/℃, 0.174kg/℃ lower than standard average coal consumption rate of national power supply 0.366 ,even 0.08kg/℃lower than that of sub-critical and big capacity set. The thermal efficiency of the plant can be advanced to 80% or so. The effect of energy-saving and environment protection will be very ascendant after changing the plant site.

The construction investment financing of this project will adopt the way of combining self financing with seeking strategic investment. The total project investment is RMB¥203.2 million. RMB¥83.2 million will be raised by the company itself and other RMB¥120 million is the strategic investment. (Specific investment can be negotiated face-to-face).

Construction site has already been implemented and basic civil engineering work in construction area of this project is now under way. Feasibility study report of the project has been completed in February 2008; equipment inspection has been completed; design companies have completed bidding, and the project design is under way; the tender for the three mainframes will be carried out; the security approval, environment approval and examination and approval are all under way.
